PRODUCT RETURN POLICY/INSTRUCTIONS
For products purchased directly from SonicScrubbers, LLC, SonicScrubbers warrants all SonicScrubber products to be free from defects and to perform in accordance with its advertised claims. SonicScrubbers will accept all returns for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping and handling), so long as it is returned and received by the company within 30-days from the date of purchase.
SonicScrubbers will provide an exchange, at no cost and for up to 90-days from the date of purchase, for any SonicScrubber product that has a manufacturer’s defect of any kind.
To return SonicScrubber products that are ordered from this website or by phone, you must first call customer service at 1-800-530-9234 and receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) before ANY returns will be accepted. Returns must include the RMA number on the box, a copy of the receipt/packing slip. For defective product, include a note regarding what is wrong with the unit.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
If your order total is less than $50, a shipping charge applies for standard shipping, with exception of our Special TV Offer, which has a shipping charge based on the items ordered. Allow 3-5 days for order processing, and 1-3 weeks for regular shipping. Allow 2 business days for order processing for web orders.
Additional charges apply if expedited shipping services are required.
**There is a $10.00 surcharge, and possibly additional shipping charges, for orders shipped to HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.
