  3. PRECAUTIONS

    • Not a toy and should not be accessible to children age 6 and under.
    • Should not be used on loose or weak grout or caulking as it may damage it. Special caution when using the firm brush head as it is a powerful cleaning brush and may damage delicate surfaces.
    • If there is a chance for scratching/damage, test in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn’t damage surface area.
    • Do not leave tool submerged in water for extended periods or unit can be damaged.

  4. CLEANING SOLUTIONS

    The SonicScrubber can be used with any cleaning solution, including foams, sprays, powders, gels, concentrates, etc. Apply your favorite cleaning solution to the area to be cleaned, press the start button and watch it effortlessly scrub and clean. Use caution if using bleach as it could splatter.

  5. PRODUCT CARE

    Storage SonicScrubber can stand on its flat base on the shower floor or a shower shelf or under the kitchen or bathroom sink; it can also be hung on the shower faucet or shower head with the included hanging strap. When storing, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry first (SonicScrubber has special rinse and drain holes built into the brush head and shaft).

  6. BATTERY REPLACEMENT

    The SonicScrubber uses four (4) AA batteries. You can use either standard alkaline or rechargeable batteries. To replace the batteries, remove the battery cap at the base of the handle by squeezing both dots on opposite sides just above battery cap and pulling cap off. Insert new batteries (replace all four), noting battery direction in small picture affixed inside top of battery compartment (one side positive end up; other side positive end down). Reattach battery cap by lining up dot on cap with dot on base and pushing cap on until it snaps in place.

  7. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY/INSTRUCTIONS

    For products purchased directly from SonicScrubbers, LLC, SonicScrubbers warrants all SonicScrubber products to be free from defects and to perform in accordance with its advertised claims. SonicScrubbers will accept all returns for any reason, for a full refund (less shipping and handling), so long as it is returned and received by the company within 30-days from the date of purchase.
    SonicScrubbers will provide an exchange, at no cost and for up to 90-days from the date of purchase, for any SonicScrubber product that has a manufacturer’s defect of any kind.
    To return SonicScrubber products that are ordered from this website or by phone, you must first call customer service at 1-800-530-9234 and receive a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) before ANY returns will be accepted. Returns must include the RMA number on the box, a copy of the receipt/packing slip. For defective product, include a note regarding what is wrong with the unit.

  8. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the SonicScrubber or our products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. We will refund you for the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees. Please see our return policy for more information.

  9. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Order tracking is available if you have placed an order through our website or over the phone with our Customer Service Department. After you have placed an order and as soon as your order has shipped out, our Customer Service Department will send you an email with a tracking number and a website link to track your order. You can continue to track your order with this information until your ordered is delivered.

  10. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

    SonicScrubbers currently ships to the United States, Canada and the U.S. Territories. There is a $10.00 surcharge, and possibly additional shipping charges, for orders shipped to HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.

  11. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

    If your order total is less than $50, a shipping charge applies for standard shipping, with exception of our Special TV Offer, which has a shipping charge based on the items ordered. Allow 3-5 days for order processing, and 1-3 weeks for regular shipping. Allow 2 business days for order processing for web orders.
    Additional charges apply if expedited shipping services are required.
    **There is a $10.00 surcharge, and possibly additional shipping charges, for orders shipped to HI, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.

  12. PAYMENT OPTIONS

    SonicScrubbers accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept checks. Your order will not be shipped out until we have charged your credit card or until your check has been cleared. To pay by check, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling our Customer Service Department toll-free 1-800-530-9234.
